    Description

    Mobilelink is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to drive sales and operations in our stores. As a leader, you will be responsible for inspiring your team to excel in sales and customer service, creating a positive work environment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Inspire your team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
    • Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
    • Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
    • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
    • Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
    • Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
    • Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
    • A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
    • Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
    • A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
