    Job Summary The CSR Disabilities Specialist will manage a range of inquiries within a disability office call center for various educational testing programs and communicate effectively with stakeholders about accommodation applications and documentation criteria. They must also maintain professionalism and handle sensitive situations calmly. Even Simpler: The job is about helping people on the phone or by email to understand and get the right help they need for their exams if they have special needs.

    Skill Requirements Must-Have:

    • Call Center experience in handling inquiries and providing customer support
    • Customer Service skills with an emphasis on high-quality interactions
    • Computer Literate, capable of learning new software applications quickly
    • Ability to Multitask between databases and tasks efficiently
    • Knowledgeable about Registration and Documentation Policy

    Preferred:

    • Experience with ETS Brands Disability Office procedures
    • Proficient in handling sensitive emotional situations

    Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
