    Overview:

    We are seeking a Full Time Staff Physician to join our team in Rosedale, MD. This role requires experience with Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care, or an interest in making a career move to Occupational Medicine.     This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform medical assessments of Center patients
    • Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for center patients
    • Maintain clinical core competency
    • Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
    • Meet with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-throughs and other on-site assessments
    • Regularly communicate with client representatives regarding employee patients for initial injuries and change of duty status
    • In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure Concentra's mission is achieved
    • Provide an excellent, compassionate, and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume
    • Ability to manage time, prioritize, and multi-task in a busy environment

    Qualifications:

    • Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction required for clinical and/or business duties
    • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
    • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
