    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to address communication disorders.
    • Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions to support students' speech and language development.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a collaborative approach to student care.
    • Monitor and document students' progress regularly, making adjustments to therapy strategies as needed.
    • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute valuable insights.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
    • ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
    • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona.
    • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
