    We are seeking a talented data scientist to join our team, where data is treated as a strategic asset. You will work closely with decision-makers to guide real financial decisions with analytics.

    This is not a traditional analyst role. You will dive into proprietary financial data and see your work directly impact investment strategy. We are looking for someone in the early stages of their career (0-3 years experience) who is passionate about understanding how data drives capital and opportunity.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Work on individual contributor projects with minimal supervision
    • Partner with analysts, engineers, and leadership on specific initiatives

    Tech Stack Breakdown

    • 60% Python and machine learning libraries
    • 25% SQL and database queries
    • 15% Reporting and business intelligence tools

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
    • Hands-on experience with data cleaning and basic machine learning models
    • Proficiency in Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Interest in finance, investing, or private equity
    • Internship or entry-level experience in a data-centric role
    • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
