    Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Worker)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting clients and conducting rehabilitation groups under supervision
    • Aiding in crisis intervention
    • Playing a vital role in ensuring proper care for clients, with many opportunities for advancement to Service Coordinator positions

    Schedule:

    • Part-Time:
      • AM Shift: Friday to Monday

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma/GED
    • Two years of relevant clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
    • Substitution of experience with appropriate training, at least 52 hours
    • May involve driving duties; candidates must possess a valid CA Driver's License and pass a DMV driving history check

    About the Campus: Crestwood's Crisis Stabilization Unit provides a welcoming, recovery-focused environment for individuals in crisis, offering mental health stabilization services and linkages to various outpatient and inpatient mental health resources for children, adolescents, and adults.

    The salary range below reflects the hourly minimum and maximum at the time of posting. Final salary will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, licensure, and program requirements.
    Pay Range:
    $20-$23 USD
