    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience working in a Help Desk Analyst capacity
    • Understanding of networks and experience handling connectivity issues remotely
    • Minimum 1 year of experience with Office 365 administration
    • Functional understand of Virtual Private Networks
    • Possess phenomenal communication skills

    Responsibilities:

    Care Harmony is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support about 200 end users and resolve tier 1 technical issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshooting hardware, resolving network connectivity issues, and customer service skills. This candidate will receive personal specialized training and have access to a mentor providing them with exponential career growth opportunity.

    Education:

    Associate degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, or related field

    Comptia A+ and Comptia Network+ Certifications are a plus.

    Microsoft desktop support Certifications are a plus.
