    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Herndon, VA. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, maintaining HRIS, benefits administration, and training.

    Qualifications
    • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
    • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Knowledge of Benefits Administration
    • Experience in Training
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
