- The position will implement clinical and education programs.
- Be responsible for quality improvement.
- Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers.
- The position may also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs.
- team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES - Diabetes) within two years of their hire date/transfer date.
- Registered Dietician License (RD)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 years of Registered Dietician experience is required.
- CDCES certification- preferred
