    Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business System Analyst I to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require 2 days/week onsite.

    What you'll do:
    Define customer needs in technical and business contexts.
    Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort
    Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
    Preform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business


    Requirements:
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Azure Boards
    Strong Communications Skills
    Adaptable to fast-paced environment
    Work with minimal supervision

    Qualifications:
    2 years of IT business analysis experience.
