- 6+ years of experience with managing ServiceNow.
- Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM/CMDB).
- Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc).
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM.
- ServiceNow certifications.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification.
- CMDB, Discovery and JavaScript skills - should have worked with relationships, discovery patterns, troubleshooting any of the issues with the CMBD.
- ITOM, ITAM world and/or integrations, CSM (Employee Center Development).
