    Skill: ServiceNow Admin

    • 6+ years of experience with managing ServiceNow.
    • Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM/CMDB).
    • Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc).
    • Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM.
    • ServiceNow certifications.
    • ITIL4 Foundation certification.
    • CMDB, Discovery and JavaScript skills - should have worked with relationships, discovery patterns, troubleshooting any of the issues with the CMBD.
    • ITOM, ITAM world and/or integrations, CSM (Employee Center Development).
