- Collaborate with the membership team to execute organizational goals while adhering to strategic objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with regional leaders, overseeing administrative tasks such as event coordination, leadership management, and financial reporting.
- Manage the annual election process at all levels to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of engagement strategies, maintaining dynamic online and in-person spaces for member interaction.
- Monitor engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
- Curate and distribute engaging content across online platforms.
- Coordinate with team members to enhance the attendee experience at annual conferences.
- Manage website content and potentially oversee migration to new platforms.
- Administer the client's scholarship programs.
- Provide backup support for administrative functions as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a member-oriented organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced computer skills with a willingness to adapt to new software.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Flexibility to work occasional non-traditional hours and travel using personal or public transportation.
