    We offer a competitive $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve budgeted goals

    • Researching and analyzing market trends, financial data, and demographic factors to capitalize on opportunities

    • Building strong relationships with clients, including top ten accounts, meeting clients, hosting luncheons and receptions, and collaborating with on-site contacts

    • Participating in sales trips and industry-related meetings to stay up-to-date on market developments

    • Assisting in the annual budgeting plan and negotiating with clients to maximize revenue and profit potential

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in similar-sized operations, and a strong understanding of group markets, including association and SMERF segments. Expertise in digital marketing and social media marketing trends and best practices is also required. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, FDC, and Delphi, as well as knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and diplomacy are also crucial for this role.
