- Works with internal Quality team to ensure all liquid standards are achieved
- Ability to work with outside groups/departments
- Conduct routine analyses in accordance with standard operating procedures, utilizing equipment such as distillation apparatus, titrators, spectrophotometers, density meters, turbidity meters, and other equipment in the laboratory
- Set up and participate in sensory analyses (tasting required)
- Ensure compliance with TTB regulations
- Ensure compliance with Corporate specifications
- Adhere to and promote environmental health and safety as one of the organization's business priorities.
- Promote and adhere to Food Safety, 5S and ISO standards

• Demonstrate knowledge of general and analytical chemistry
• Must be physically able to safely perform required laboratory duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing and able to taste alcoholic beverages
• Good sensory tasting skills
• Must be able to function within a team environment
• Must have mobility to access all areas of the Plant, good visual acuity (correctable), good sense of hearing (correctable), and a valid driver's license
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Associates Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science or eqivalent laboratory experience
• Preferred 1 to 3 years experience in an analytical lab or Quality Control environment
• Working knowledge of laboratory techniques and practices
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Computer run lab equipment
• SAP, HACCP, and ISO or Continuous Improvement experience preferred
