- Perform the Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of varied electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment throughout the plant. Diagnose a wide variety of issues associated with Filling, Capping, Labeling, conveying and miscellaneous packaging equipment. This includes rebuilding mechanical equipment, working with sensors, barcode printers and readers, motors, controllers, pneumatics, vacuum pumps and venturi's.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, follow all written procedures and standard work. Utilize existing Computerized Maintenance Management System to document all activities, parts used, etc.
- Be comfortable being assigned to various tasks that may be outside of their area of expertise and be willing to embrace continuing process and personal improvement.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety manufacturing equipment including cappers labelers and fillers
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Familiarity and use of Programmable logic controllers (PLC)
