• Manage and ensure execution.

Working with IT to ensure on-time, quality execution of release. Metrics and Reporting

• Leverage tableau to systematically report out metrics.

Attestation Efficacy

• Ensure they are applied to optimize 360 output.

Data Quality/Oversight

• Ensure efficacy of data fix releases.

To include efficacy of Change Request 730 Drive and fuel engagement with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions partners involved.


Patient Authorization BA Responsibilities:
Validate and document

• What Good Looks like for Patient Authorization (Benchmark) By TA
• Document and visualize where their Auth capture is at vs.

Benchmark.

Identify gaps relative to What Good Looks Like Partner with Business Product Owener as she works with each TA to plan and execute Patient Auth Strategy.

To include documentation/codification of each TAs future-state flow.
