Description

Job Title: CNC Machinist at Bosch-Rexroth

Bosch-Rexroth in Bethlehem, PA is currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Review specifications to determine workpiece dimensions, operations sequence, and setup requirements.
Maintain fixtures, tools, attachments, and materials on machines.
Communicate and document any irregularities to the Group Leader/Shift Leader.
Ensure finished products meet specifications.
Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and remain attentive to machine anomalies.
Provide feedback for continuous improvement in various areas.
Cross-train in different functions within the team.
Follow the 5S philosophy to keep work area clean and organized.
Ensure a safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions.
Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school.
Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience.
Knowledge of CNC controls, G code programming functions (MAZAK), tool offsets, and machine offsets.
Proficiency in using precision tools like gauges and micrometers.
Ability to read and interpret programs and prints accurately.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Flexibility to accommodate changes in production schedules.
Capable of operating an overhead crane.
