- Inspects and tests machinery, and equipment.
- Performs Preventative Maintenance on all equipment including forklifts, HVAC systems, air compressors, boilers, and all Production equipment.
- Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
- Dismantles machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
- Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Repairs and maintains physical structure of the facility.
- Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, and drill to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
- Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Troubleshoots all problems and performs regular preventative maintenance.
- Initiates purchase orders for parts and machines as well as work orders.
- Knowledge and ability to operate production machines, forklifts, scissor lifts, and related equipment.

Our Jackson, WI facility is located just north of Milwaukee and easily commutable with easy on/off freeway access. We create dry beverage mixes products for Kerry customers. What's In It For You:
The typical hiring range for this role is $30 or $34 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
What You'll Do:
You'll work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and installation, fulfillment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion. You'll follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.
