    The Culinary team at the Arizona Grand Resort are talented individuals that surpass all expectations. These highly trained and exceptionally experienced culinary artisans bring creativity and taste to every meal served.

    The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking additional Culinary talent across their destination. We have full-time and part-time positions available, along with different levels based upon experience:

    The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.
    • Education: High School Diploma preferred
    • Experience: At least two years cooking and prep work experience required
    The Prep Cook - Lobby Grill is responsible for preparing hot and cold food to the highest standards, by following recipes and procedures set for the restaurant. Prep all food items needed to complete service using procedures and guidelines set forth by management staff.
    • Education: High School Graduate preferred. Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred
    • Experience: Food preparation experience preferred
    The Line Cook - Oasis is responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and overall quality of all food items cooked in this space.
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Culinary Apprentice program preferred.
    • Experience: Prior cooking experience preferred
    The Line Cook I - Lobby Grill is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station.
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years cooking experience in a similar environment required. Broiler and sauté experience preferred.
    The Line Cook 3 - Lobby Grill is responsible for garnishing and finishing all food items received through hot and cold windows, coordinating and setting up food for wait staff pick-up. Prep all food items needed to complete service using procedures and guidelines set forth by management staff.
    • Education: High School Graduate preferred. Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred
    • Experience: Food preparation experience preferred
    The Pastry 1 position is responsible for assisting in producing pastry products and working closely with the pastry lead to maintain standards and consistency throughout the department.
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Experience: Two years pastry experience in a similar size operation required.
    ***Certificates or Licenses required to obtain for all positions: Maricopa County Food Service Worker card
