    Overview:

    Business Operations Managers (BizOps) are responsible for closely aligning with Go To Market (GTM) segments within the Sales organization to provide business management consulting level support. This team will analyze GTM strategy, business processes, tool utilization and overall performance to provide insights and optimizations that will increase overall team performance. BizOps is a cross functional team, working stakeholders in Marketing, Finance/ Commissions, Data Analytics and Technology teams to manage advancements in how sales operates. They are responsible for managing the relationship with sales leaders and maintaining an ongoing roadmap to drive continuous improvements. They will be contributors to monthly and quarterly readouts to company leaders, which will include updates on business strategy, performance, process/policy and major projects.

    ***This role is located in our Durham, NC office. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)***

    Responsibilities:
    • Focus areas:
      • Prospecting teams for New and Existing Business
      • Global strategy (US, EMEA, India)
    • Team Oversight
      • Business Analyst who specializes in SFDC and PowerBi reporting quota setting, forecasting, technology insights and team performance. Partner with analyst to deliver read outs to senior leadership.
      • Business Process Manager who specializes in Rules of Engagement (ROE), adjudication, business process optimization and tool adoption/ utilization.
    • Strategic Initiatives
      • Understand the CRO objectives and develop a plan for action within the Lead Generation team, in alignment with team leadership/
      • Understand core objectives/ goals of the Lead Generation team and develop plans and manage related projects for implementation.
      • Partner with other teams across RevOps, Marketing, Finance, IT and Data / Analytics to drive strategic initiatives to completion.
      • Strategize around team distribution, opportunity routing, team alignments, marketing initiatives, technology workflows, and end to end process creation.
    • Policy & ROEs
      • Create policy and ROE documentation that aligns to not only the specific segmentation they aligned with, but also with the larger New Business Sales organization.
      • Deliver insights into policy and ROE adherence, continuous improvement with leaders to guide reps.
      • Alignment with Business Analysts to create needed reporting and dashboards to ensure quality metrics are met.
      • Adjudication approvals for quota attaining reps.
    • Process & Technology
      • Analyze process improvements for the team to increase efficiency and productivity and work with leadership to recommend and implement process enhancements.
      • Create process and technology workflows for consistency in day to day prospecting roles.
      • Create documentation on new and updated processes and drive change management efforts.
    • Pipeline Management
      • Work with leadership to analyze forecasting and pipeline for teams, identify roadblocks and issues that are interfering with metric success.
      • Align with Marketing teams on forecasted distribution, account assignment, and upcoming campaigns and strategies.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 7 - 10 years proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with managerial experience.
    • Proven ability to build and manage business initiatives, goal/ target setting and annual planning.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in training and supporting sales teams on the use of technology.
    • Proven ability to manage high performing teams with multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
