    Key Job Elements


    • Serve as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; Provide advice and support to business and HR leaders, address talent management related questions and requests.
    • Manage, direct, and implement strategy for learning and development.
    • Create and manage training schedule, budget and records.
    • Lead and facilitate both in-person and online courses
    • Ensure effectiveness of programs and providing feedback to the business leaders regarding the process, program, practice, and system design.
    • Lead change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.
    • Lead team of talent management professionals to collaborate effectively with the business and serve as thought partners to the business and HR.
    • Lead initiatives to maximize employee performance.
    • Create, communicate and maintain sustainable employee engagement.
    • Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement.
    • Identify, create, and execute employee training required and/or needed.
    • Manage and meet with business leaders to support succession planning.
    • Special assignments as needed.
    Education / Training


    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field of study or equivalent experience desired.
    • Certified Facilitator and coach preferred
    Qualifications and Experience


    • 5+ years of working experience required in learning and development, human resources or training.
    • Certified Facilitator and coach preferred
    • Strong business acumen required with experience in manufacturing and operations preferred

    Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies, and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.


    Training and Development:

    Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies; ability to ensure that a target population has the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.
