- Assist teachers in classroom management and instruction.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs.
- Supervise students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field trips.
- Assist with implementing educational plans and activities.
- Support students' social and emotional development.
- Perform clerical tasks such as preparing materials, maintaining records, and tracking attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associates degree or higher in education or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
