    Description

    NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, offers rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and complex medical conditions. They provide programs tailored for various age groups and needs, including vocational and therapy services, day treatments, and specialized care for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans.

    Team Lead Position at NeuroRestorative

    Starting Pay: $17.25 per hour

    • Lead and supervise staff in residential and community settings, delivering direct services to individuals.
    • Attend training sessions for the individuals served to ensure their goals and company objectives are met.
    • Engage in community activities, conduct house orientations for new hires, and set an example for staff on accurate and timely documentation.
    • Assist with staffing needs and recruitment, monitor progress of individuals served, and implement shift objectives.
    • Deliver services such as skills training and behavior management based on Individual Plans and treatment team guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Two years' experience in human services field.
    • Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
    • Current CPR/First Aid Certification, strong leadership, and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate approach.
    • Reliability, responsibility, and a commitment to delivering quality services.
