    Position Highlights:

    • Full-time, M-F, 8am-5 pm
    • 4-day work week
    • Call is light and shared | Supported by call service
    • Live within commuting distance of Eugene, OR during onsite training period
    • Remote after initial onsite training (1-3) months
    • Provide high-quality patient care through remote consultations
    • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement population health initiatives
    • Contribute to the development of our value-based care model
    Average Patients per day: 18

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Residency completed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Unrestricted OR Physician License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
    • Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date
    • Current BLS
    • BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • EMR Proficient
    • Excellent time management skills
