Job summary

The primary purpose of an Office Assistant is to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner in accordance with the established procedures and as directed by the Office Manager and/or licenses physician(s) to assure that a successful viable office is maintained at all times.

  • You are responsible for receiving and routing departmental telephone calls scheduling appointments within the office and externally and performing other clerical tasks including record keeping and filing.
