    Description

Develop Salesforce for a growing Wealth Management firm - backed by a leading Investment Manager.

With all kinds of growth in the past few years and a plan to grow by another 50% this year, you'll be a key player in ensuring change is delivered efficiently and everything from a Salesforce perspective runs smoothly.

Your main task initially will be to develop the build of a centralized Salesforce platform. With multiple acquisitions over the past few years, and more planned for this year, the plan is that the business will grow in headcount by around 50% this year. You'll need to bring together the ideas of various teams, along with producing a platform that suits everyone.

You'll be working across the whole development lifecycle, even including taking the requirements direct from the business. You will be joining a collaborative team of developers, QAs, Cloud and Salesforce Engineers who are encouraged to come up with new ideas, ideas that will be listened to and explored and put into place to make the Salesforce platform the best it can be.

You're going to need to be an experienced Salesforce Developer, that goes without saying. You will have experience with flows, LWC, Apex Components, Web, Road Mapping, etc.

You will be a Salesforce SME with a Product mindset. This is not one project; it is a whole product that needs to be viewed holistically.

This will involve working closely with software developers, cloud engineers, QA and also Salesforce experts, both internally and with Salesforce themselves. There'll be various legacy technologies in place at acquired entities, so bridging the gap between legacy technology and new technology will also come into play.

This is an agile software delivery environment with huge ambition to be a leading wealth manager. You'll be given plenty of autonomy to design things to your own standards and you'll be given a platform to progress in the future.

You will come into either their Miami or Chicago offices 2-3 days a week.

Total compensation can exceed $180,000 for the right candidate.
