Air Logistics Operational Care Supervisor - Bensenville

Responsibilities include managing the Operational Care Centre team between cost-efficiency and high-quality processing ensuring that operations are managed within respective regulatory requirements associated with functions of teams and in alignment with industry and national regimes.
The ideal candidate should have leadership experience direct or virtual 2+ years of experience in Air Logistics project management international experience strong knowledge freight forwarding airfreight operations import/export regulations understanding KN products services processes good market knowledge carrier relationship management capability proficiency KN systems Microsoft Office suite demonstrated leadership communication skills high attention detail sound decision-making ability commercially minded performance driven planning organizing time-management skills flexible work pressure open change continuous improvement mindset drive improvements.
- To supervise the Operational Care center team under their direct Mgt
- To ensure operational excellence through high-quality shipment/process management
- To support the development of pricing strategies liaise on pricing RFQ preparation
