Educations & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree in food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology or related scientific field required. Strong knowledge of food regulations, quality assurance, and safety standards. Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in food product development and manufacturing, with 2+ years in a leadership role, is preferred. Experience with Acidified, LACF and Dairy products is preferred.
