    Requirements

    Home Health experience required
    OASIS experience required
    Delaware RN license required

    Coverage area:
    up to a 60-mile radius
    Credentialing

    Local rate applies within a 50-mile radius

    Non-resident DE license:
    Must allow

    5 weeks

    for credentialing
    In-person fingerprints required in Delaware
    Nurse must travel to DE once accepted to begin the process
    Results post

    3–4 weeks

    after fingerprints

    5–10 business days
    Schedule Details

    Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

    Guaranteed Work Week: 40 hours

    On-Call Requirements (Travel RNs)

    2 on-call shifts per month (maximum 3)

    On-call rate:
    $7/hour

    Paid regular hourly rate for:
    Patient phone triage
    Patient home visits


    On-call hours:
    4:30pm – 8:00am


    Sometimes split as:
    4:30pm – 8:30pm

    8:30pm – 8:00am

    No home visits from
    8:30pm – 8:00am
    (phone triage only)

    Typical call volume:
    1–2 calls between 8:30pm – 10:00pm
    Rare calls between 10:00pm – 7:00am

    Weekend Requirements

    1 weekend every 4 weeks
    Typically Saturday and Sunday
    Option: 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (if preferred)
    Alternate weekday off provided to avoid 6–7 consecutive workdays
