- Serving as an active member of the leadership, administrative, and management teams and providing fiscal communications leading to sound financial programs.
- Responsible for managing the clinical programing and day to day clinical operations to ensure organizational goals and outcomes are achieved.
- Works with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors in developing new programs and strengthening current programs to fit the needs of clients, the larger community, and the changing health care environment.
- Serves as a Clinical Expert.
- A current license to practice in the State of Oklahoma as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Alcohol/Drug Counselor or MD.
- 5+ years clinical experience in substance abuse and behavioral health.
- 2+ years management/leadership experience supervising multiple staff members in a clinical setting preferred.

A Chance to Change (ACTC) is a nonprofit agency providing mental health and addiction recovery services. ACTC is looking for an experienced, licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC-MH) to join our current team of valued professionals to serve as our Clinical Director.
The Clinical Director is responsible for supervising all clinical staff and providing supervision for clinical programs, quality assurance programs, and maintaining agency accreditations. The Clinical Director should provide attention to detail and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
The Clinical Director's essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
