    Kiddie Academy of Mercer Crossing – Educational Child CareA Nationally Recognized Brand.     Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of experience in a licensed childcare center.
    • Certificate or degree in early childhood education.
    • At least 18 years of age.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Legally permitted to work in the USA.

    Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

    Job Description
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, coworkers, admin, and franchise owners.
    • Vigilantly and appropriately maintain health and safety standards, physical, visual, and auditory counts of students, using the tools provided.
    • Maintain a sanitary and organized classroom per Kiddie Academy policies and procedures.
    • Plan, prepare, manage, and implement the Life Essentials curriculum and related resources for children.
    • Facilitate learning in indoor and outdoor activities, music & movement, language arts, math, fine & gross motor, and family-style dining.
    • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students.
    • Track children's progress and report to families in person and through AcademyLink.
