    Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints - Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution - Monitor and address project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise - Lead regular project meetings, providing updates to clients and internal teams - Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

    Essential Job Functions: - Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders - Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate project budgets - Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities - Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks - Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

    Skills: - Minimum of 7 years of diverse commercial construction experience - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies - Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Proficiency in project management software and tools
