Facility will ACCEPT LOCALS for this position. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved. LOCAL RATE (UNDER 50 MILE RADIUS) $68IMC/CVC RN
Ratio:
CVC (Cardiac MS Tele) 1:4-5 days 1:5-6 nights; IMC 1:3 all shifts. Will float between IMC and CVC.
Attire:
Navy scrubs. Epic EMR. No self-scheduling, no on call requirement. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season ends 3/31, Flu vaccine is no longer required for start dates after 4/1.
IVS to Offer with no time off or up to 3 days of non holiday time off. All schedule accommodation and RTO must be presented at the time of submission. No RTO after booking. HCF will accept up to 3 days off, but is not accepting any holiday RTO. Only reasonable time off considered 3-7 days, which will need to be screened to client. (Not in UMMS B4 yet)
