- Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems
- Conduct daily maintenance inspections
- Diagnose maintenance problems and communicate with the Property Manager to assist in coordinating corrective action
- Conduct repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise all contracted maintenance with third party service providers including cleaning, HVAC, snow removal, landscaping, window washing, security, etc.
- Operate and maintain building energy management systems and programs
- Prior experience with building maintenance required
- Mechanical background preferred
- 3-5 years building maintenance experience required. Commercial experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
