Leidos is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Digital Modernization (DigMod) Sector.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills while managing a wide range of executive support responsibilities.
This position is onsite at our Reston Headquarters Monday through Thursday, with telework available on Fridays. Occasional overtime may be required.Primary Responsibilities
Provide proactive, strategic executive administrative support to senior leaders within the DigMod Sector
Perform advanced administrative functions requiring in-depth knowledge of Leidos' organizational structure, policies, procedures, and operations
Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of leadership time and prioritization of critical engagements
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, and expense report preparation and reconciliation
Serve as a key liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, including customers and industry partners, requiring diplomacy, clarity, and professionalism
Draft, edit, and manage emails, correspondence, and other communications while handling highly sensitive and confidential information
Work independently with minimal direction, exercising sound judgment and foresight in managing executive activities such as meetings, speaking engagements, client interactions, and special initiatives
Lead and prioritize special projects and complex assignments, applying initiative, discretion, and tact
Coordinate and support special events and leadership activities as needed
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma and 5+ years of experience providing executive administrative support to senior or executive-level leaders in a corporate environment
Professional, personable demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including executives and customers
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with administrative and business partners across the enterprise
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and sound judgment in prioritization and decision-making
Advanced calendar management expertise, including coordination of complex executive meetings
High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (including Teams) and strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve complex issues independently
Ability to provide full-time, onsite support at the Reston Headquarters
Clearance Requirements
Ability to potentially obtain a security clearance (Secret)
Must be U.S. citizen upon application to be considered
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Pay RangePay Range $69, $125,725.00
