    RESPONSIBILITIES

    POSITION SUMMARY


    The iWantTFC – Content Partnerships Lead will be instrumental in driving success for iWantTFC by strategizing, implementing and maintaining win-win content partnerships that align with iWantTFC's business objectives.

    He/She is responsible for identifying and growing strategic business partnership opportunities involving, but not limited to, internal and external content creators, producers and distributors for Originals Co Production, Line Production, Content Distribution, Content Acquisition, iWantTFC Tickets (KTX) among others.

    The Content Partnerships Lead will work closely with iWantTFC's Programming, Production, Content Operation and other teams within Digital.

    He/she will also work closely and liaise with various internal and external content production teams, third-party counterparts and various ABS-CBN partners such as Program Acquisition, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Revenue, Data, Product, Marketing, and others, in order to execute and deliver partnership agreements and deliverables.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategize, develop and implement mutually beneficial content partnerships end-to-end process from objectives setting, deal terms negotiations, revenue projections, promotion ideation, internal processes and coordination, performance tracking and reporting and monitoring of revenue remittance to partners.

    Act as the Project Lead, directing the implementation of all partnership-related initiatives and campaigns, working closely with the identified partner and supporting internal departments for the completion of the project.

    End-to-end lead for all iWantTFC Tickets (TVOD / PPV / Paid Events) projects – from sourcing of third-party content, negotiation and finalization of deal terms, managing the title/event orchestration, monitoring and revenue reporting.

    Swift, effective planning and project management for multiple, simultaneous initiatives with varying degrees of priority and complexity
    Build key customer relationships and drive the performance of all partnerships against predetermined KPIs that contribute to iWantTFC's business goals/objectives
    Take lead in creating and managing the partnership contracts, working closely with Legal and Information Security/Data Privacy departments
    Create partnership campaign reports, with insights and recommendations
    Prepare and facilitate partner workshops and business reviews
    Point of contact for all identified partners
    Must stay abreast of changing market conditions, competitive landscape and emerging
    trends and technologies and provide iWantTFC management committee and internal
    stakeholders periodic updates

    REQUIREMENTS
    Possess a Bachelor's degree in a job-related field such as Marketing, Communications or Digital Advertising with 5 or more years of industry experience in Media, Content Production, PR/Ad Agencies, Social, E-Commerce, Telco, and similar industries
    Proven project management skills to drive the implementation of the projects/campaign with internal and external partners
    Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment. Team-player. Flexible and can adapt to evolving business requirements.
    Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively manage internal and external partners
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong influencing skills (confident, assertive, diplomatic) with ability to negotiate

    Strong relationship-building skills, with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
    Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
