    Job Description:

    The Lead Security Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of Rhapsody's Information Security Management System (ISMS). Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and VP, Compliance, this individual is responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant legal, contractual, and regulatory privacy and security requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and update all information security and privacy policies and procedures on an annual basis or as required.
    • Stay up-to-date with and communicate compliance requirements from leading standards such as ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC2 Type2, Cyber Essentials Plus, HIPAA, GDPR, and others to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead HITRUST, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, and Cyber Essentials Plus audits with external assessors to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Maintain and archive relevant security documentation and artifacts in SharePoint/OneDrive for both internal and external parties.
    • Coordinate periodic security risk assessments and internal audits with the assistance of independent consultants.
    • Develop mitigation plans and timelines with relevant stakeholders to address identified findings during risk assessments and/or audits.
    • Monitor remediation progress and provide regular updates to management, highlighting potential issues that may hinder timely completion of mitigation projects.
    • Complete customer security questionnaires and respond to compliance inquiries from customers.
    • Perform thorough vendor security assessments on third-party vendors who have access to Rhapsody data and/or systems before onboarding and annually thereafter.
    • Collaborate with IT and Cloud Operations teams to implement periodic information security maintenance reviews to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of security and compliance controls.
    • Assist in the development and testing of the organization's incident response process.
    • Coordinate Incident Response Tabletop exercises with consultants and internal stakeholders on a periodic basis.
    • Conduct annual penetration testing of our cloud products and IT infrastructure in collaboration with consultants.
    • Report areas of non-compliance and non-conformities to the CISO and VP of Compliance as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to the described duties, including success with HITRUST, ISO 27001, and SOC2 Type2 audits.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and rigorous analytical skills.
    • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
