    COMPANY:

    Discovery Solutions seeks applicants for a General Manager - Oracle Park.

    LOCATION:

    San Francisco, CA

    SUMMARY:

    Reports to SR GM, will act as GM daily operations Heir apparent to the SR GM.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    P&L account

    New 20 year Contract

    42K attendance stadium

    70MM+ FB revenue

    1100 employees/hourly union represented

    Direct Reports: 10, total management team 35

    FB:

    3 clubs/private menu piggy backs with catering/suites

    Club level and field level concessions

    57 Suites, remodel in 2025 season

    Catering- all game day, client, private events, corp/high end

    Events: MLB, Concerts, corp, public events. Different than most MLB accounts as this is a year round event based business

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Background : Sports/Entertainment, convention center, understand and be open to work the event based schedule

    Client does not want complacency

    strong leader, understand client dynamics/relationship, strategist, focus on improvement, LR, dynamic leader, relentless, creative, focus on daily improvement.

    Client wants a GM who will drive creativity, change and excitement with FB options--"what if we try....." mentality, creative, challenge the status quo

    characteristics: high potential, develop to next level form, lead and develop and develop our newly formed team.

    Prior experience with FB at least 40-50M account

    1. F&B Management in large venue $40MM plus revenue
    2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
    3. Client management experience
    4. Ability to work event based schedule
