    Shift/hours: Overnight every Friday and every other weekendWe are Immediately Hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)\xc2\xa0role

    Job responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) include and are not limited to:
      \t
    • Assisting CNAs in performing ADL and routine care.


    • \t
    • Conducting resident/patient treatments.\xc2\xa0


    • \t
    • Administering medication in accordance with physician orders and Plan of Care.


    • \t
    • Submitting pharmacy\xc2\xa0 orders.


    • \t
    • Accurately documenting and recording all information.


    • \t
    • Giving injections of medication as\xc2\xa0 prescribed.


    • \t
    • Observing resident health to communicate current condition to RNs, Supervisors, and\xc2\xa0 Physicians.


    • \t
    • Taking vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature and weight.


    • \t
    • Basic\xc2\xa0 care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.


    • \t
    • Managing IVs, starting IV drips.


    • \t
    • Monitoring fluid/food\xc2\xa0 intake and output.


    • \t
    • Observing and reporting resident accidents, incidents and the presence of skin\xc2\xa0 breakdowns.

    • Assisting as directed in the admissions process.
