- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supply chain or procurement role.
- Understanding of supply chain principles, procurement strategies, and inventory management.
- Experience or skillset to successfully provide team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment, and developing team members' skills.
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
