Location: Georgetown, KY

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $17.50 per hour

What you'll do:

• Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers
• Coordinating and Communicating effectively with customers, drivers, Carriers, and suppliers.
• Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system
• Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work, and expectations.
• Confirm compliance of handling
• Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined.
• Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly.
• Overtime as needed

• Must be at least 18 years of age or over
• Must comply with client's substance abuse & background policy
• Previous Administrative or Clerical experience
• 1-2 years' experience in logistics or dispatch experience preferred
• Requires excellent data entry skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
