- Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers
- Coordinating and Communicating effectively with customers, drivers, Carriers, and suppliers.
- Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system
- Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work, and expectations.
- Confirm compliance of handling
- Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined.
- Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly.
- Overtime as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age or over
- Must comply with client's substance abuse & background policy
- Previous Administrative or Clerical experience
- 1-2 years' experience in logistics or dispatch experience preferred
- Requires excellent data entry skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Temp to Hire position based upon work ethics and attendance
