As the Director of Nursing at Sandstone Care, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of medical care within our in-patient medical detox and residential treatment program
Leadership:

This role is set up to be nursing leadership administrative support.Ability to be flexible and cover floor shifts, to include Nursing and Behavioral Health Technician roles, if need is assessed and warranted by Chief Nursing Officer
Participate in a nursing leadership on-call schedule rotation with other members of nursing leadership.
Training & Experience:
preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization ("PHP"), and/or intensive outpatient ("IOP) setting
Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field.
Ideal candidate has an interest in nursing leadership and the desire for professional growth and development.
