    Sales Representative Opportunity

    Tingue, Brown & Co. seeks a Sales Representative to cover the Georgia area.

    This unique role combines sales skills with technical expertise, requiring occasional evening and weekend work, as well as physical labor to install products.

    As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a collaborative environment and flexibility in your schedule, while maintaining relationships with clients.

    Our comprehensive training program ensures you'll have the knowledge needed to succeed in this position.

    We serve customers in the hospitality, healthcare, and commercial linen industries, providing personalized service and follow-up to meet their expectations.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Mastery of all product lines and ability to solution sell and install applicable products.
    • Presentation of new products and continued selling of existing core product lines.
    • Maintenance of product presence in customer resource libraries, ensuring accurate data.
    • Update of market data via CRM platform.
    • Collaboration with Management to create sales strategies and achievable goals.
    • Submission of activity and results reports.
    • Maintenance and growth of client marketing contact lists for Direct Marketing outreach.
    • Networking and participation in industry groups.
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field and resolve customer complaints.
    • Performance of textile installations on various equipment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, consultative selling skills, presentation skills, product knowledge, and values vendor-client relationships.
    • Development of relationships with existing and new potential customers.
    • Work with customers to define and satisfy their specific operational needs.
    • Other duties as assigned.
