Job summary
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the upkeep of buildings and mechanical systems.Responsibilities include installing conduit and pipes, working from ladders to install electrical wiring and equipment, using various tools and equipment to assemble and test electrical or mechanical systems,
diagnosing malfunctioning systems and components,
inspecting electrical systems for hazards,
advising management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Maintain current electrician's license.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
- Able to troubleshoot effectively.
