- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Assist in conducting assessments and screenings to identify students' speech and language needs
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
