    CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

    Job Summary


    The primary function of the Clinical Director is to establish program direction, monitor the management of the program's resources, and the coordination of overall service delivery and personnel administration at CBI's outpatient clinics.

    This position is an independently licensed behavioral health professional who ensures the provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services.

    This position will work with community partners, business leaders and other programs to expand CBI's programming and make CBI the agency of choice when referring patients partnering for contract expansion and develop programs.

    The Clinical Director plays an essential role in the delivery of CBI's mission to Maintain the Dignity of Human Life.

    Education and Experience Required
    Master's Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health is required of this position.
    3-5 years of clinical and administrative managerial experience is required of this position.
    2-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role.
