As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual for an entry level Production Support Specialist with the opportunity to grow withing the company.

Overview:

As a Production Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our operations team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our production environment.

This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:
Sales order entry
Daily production tracking
Support inventory management
Creates purchase orders and completes purchases
Invoicing and payment processing
Ensures all data is accurate for costing and pricing in production software tool
Provides support in developing operation and business metrics
Maintains production records
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives

Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to issue resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Prior experience in a technical support or operations role is advantageous but not required.
