Requirements
Service Coordinator: This is where you come in.
We're looking for a Service Coordinator to support our commercial HVAC Technicians and Service Coordination team by scheduling and maintaining thorough records for service schedules, resources, equipment, and information for the field service team. You would be a key Service business member, responsible for effectively communicating all emergency service and ongoing maintenance activities in an assigned geographical area. This level of accountability involves robust and collaborative communication with your customers, technicians, and teammates to evaluate & prioritize the workload in this fast-changing environment. We are currently renovating our new office coming to West Portland. Your initial training will take place at our current Portland office located at 12911 NE Airport Way, Portland OR, Once training is complete and the new office is ready for move in, you will begin to report there.
