Job summary
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is an integral role at Siegwerk USA. You will manage concept, scope, cost, resources, funding and all other facets of small to major capital projects.You will serve as the technical expert and lead responses and actions to address any customer product level concerns.
You will develop and maintain internal materials and process specifications that compliment industry standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development execution project management plan.
- Led team members to develop validate business case assigned projects lead RFPs contracts executes objective feasibility studies challenges team members optimize scope effectively assesses risk develops risk management plans MS Project manages assigned projects budget schedule control potential scope changes ensures project success leads internal external contractors vendors regularly communicates status makes adjustments address gaps start-ups detailed start-up plans ensure customers engaged properly trained documentation place prior start-up clearly assigns roles responsibilities drives accountability assure follow through solutions troubleshoot identifies implements effective collaborate colleagues stakeholders exhibits leader-coach mindset acts change agent team-oriented focus gives takes constructive feedback embraces challenging change capability present information influence persuade others experience fast-paced environment shifting priorities demonstrated ability outstanding team player successful independent worker provides safe work environment participates Safety Program reacts safety concerns presented themselves ensures adequate hazard analysis project duration.
