Description:
- Assist in delivering health care to patients and maintaining clinical records
- Perform a wide variety of patient care activities for medical staff
- Ability to make decisions following clinic policies and ensuring patient information confidentiality.
- Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks), Monday-Friday 7-5.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of patient care standards acquired through MA program graduation or equivalent medical background/experience
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration required.
- Current BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Acceptable BLS training program: Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from AHA or ARC Professional Rescuer Program with AED.
